Once you have a general idea what adventures you are most insterested in, that is a good time to contact us. Do not worry if you do not have your travel dates or number of participants set. We will work together to create the ideal itinerary for your dream holiday. Through a dialog we will go through all options according to your desires, available budget, and time restraints. Once an agreeable itinerary is created we will request a 40% payment to secure your accommodations and reserve your trip dates. There is no time deadline for this but accommodations will not be secured until we have a deposit. Some safari lodges/tented camps can fill quite early so if you are planning a lodge/tented camp safari we advise booking at least 6 months in advance. We accept initial payments by direct bank wire transfers only. The balance will not be due until your arrival in Tanzania. You can pay the balance in cash (USD) or send a wire transfer before you travel to Tanzania.

In the event that you need to postpone a trip that you have booked, the entire amount of money that you have paid that we can recover from booked accommodations/flights less $100 USD per person can be applied toward future travel through KiliFortune Expeditions.

In the case your booked trip needs to be cancelled completely by you, any paid amount that we can recover from payments we have made toward accommodations/flights less $100 (USD) per person and less wire transfer fees will be returned to your bank in a prompt manner.

We strongly recommend travel insurance that will cover not only cancelled trips but also medical emergencies that you might have while traveling.
